The holidays can be a very stressful time of year. So much to do with so little time, along with the expense, can cause dark clouds to follow even the most cheerful person. How does one get through the holidays without an emotional breakdown?
First, slow down. Take deep breaths and remember the most important part of the holiday. Children, family, togetherness and a break from the routine and in the case of Christmas, a celebration of something much more important than buying gifts.
