Okay, so two years ago I had lost about 55 pounds. I went from 195 pounds to 140 pounds. Then, last year after the fourth of july I just went on a crazy eating binge that I couldn’t stop. That led to about 8 pounds of weight gain which was bad enough. Then the holidays came. I was really depressed around that time with relationship issues and whatnot so I ate everything in sight. I gained about another five pounds. Once the new year started I went back to school, started working out again and all of that so I dropped the five pounds of holiday weight gain. But then, summer is here and i have gained that five pounds back and haven’t been able to lose it. We never do anything, all I do is sit around the house and when i get bored i eat. A LOT. I don’t have a car and I have no friends who drive and both my parents work. Anyway, I’m starting 11th grade in about ten days, so i was wondering if anyone had some easy tips to follow to get my diet back on track? I’m horribly embarassed that I’ve gained 15 pounds since I was 140. Going back to school shopping, I’ve had to get the next size up. And I would love to get under 140 pounds too. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.

but this summer we are planning to stay at the one in the royal docklands. ( short walk from canning town tube) because it is closer to my family in leytonstone.

So my questions are:
1. What cultural (shrines, zen gardening etc.) is available near there?
2. What time of year would be ideal to go?
3. How expensive is this area?
4. What is Tokyo like? (Traffic, shops etc.)
5. Language, would English be ok for two weeks?

A buddy and myself purchased 20 dollars worth of hot cocoa and cups tonight. We then continued to decorate our vehicle with x-mas lights and blasted holiday music. All while driving slowly past the Black Friday shopping lines across town. We struck up conversations with local shoppers and even managed to sell a few cups of hot chocolate.

However. We considered this, for the most part a failure. Because the majority of the line seemed irritated and grumpy. Although some lines were friendly than others, most people seemed almost stressed out at our presence.

We will be returning at 3:00 AM this morning (4 hours) to attempt selling more hot chocolate.

We need help! What changes should we make? Should we attempt the sales on foot? or just set up a few hundred feet away and allow the customers to approach us?

All *(well thought out) advice is welcome.
